htc legend runs on andriod ?

I have a htc legend which is is very good condition, comes with box, manuals and charger, rubber case on the back but no head phones due to hygine reasons. I have a screen protecter still on screen. Runs on andriod market, 5mp camra. I am looking to swap for a diffrent mobile to a similar falule. unlocked to any network, orriganally voderphone.Would like touch blackberry really but will condieder other phones....needs to be on 02 or unlocked
