J5000 signal problem ?

Hi, selling a nokia c7, 8gb plus a slot to expend up to 32gb with a micro sd card, phone has been in the drawer for the past 4 months, it has been used a short while as a replacement, it still has the screen film and had always been used with a black body casing so the phone is scratch free, its a good little phone, the phone is boxed with original earplugs(never used) usb cable,charger, black body casing, and is in Colliers wood SW19. the phone is silver in color,8mp camera
